Milan, 28 March 2025 - Star Bottle continues its path of innovation in the field of space communication. The next project launch is officially scheduled for the 10 August 2025, a highly symbolic and evocative date: the night of San Lorenzo, when the sky will light up with shooting stars, and the anniversary of the first historic launch on 10 August 2024.

Initially scheduled for 21 June, the day of the summer solstice, the launch was rescheduled for this special date in order to pay tribute to the “Night of the Stars” and celebrate the initiative's first anniversary. Also on this occasion, messages sent by participants will be sent to the Milky Way, thus continuing the path started with the first launch last year.

Domenico Zambarelliresponsible for the Star Bottle project, he comments: “We are excited to celebrate our first anniversary together with all space enthusiasts. 10 August is a date charged with significance, not only because of its connection to the Night of St Lawrence, but also because it marks our ongoing commitment to opening new frontiers for communication with the Universe. We invite everyone to be part of this extraordinary experience and to leave an indelible mark in Space.

Star Bottle offers a unique opportunity to transmit thoughts, ideas, images and videos into deep space using advanced transmission technology. Each message will be sent via the M3SAT/Telespazio system, with the authorisation of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MIMIT), and will be accompanied by a Launch certificate which will certify its official submission.

To participate, sending a message in Deep Space with Star Bottle is a simple and intuitive process. First, you simply select the content you wish to transmit, which can be text, an image, a video or a combination of these. Next, you choose the destination from those available and set the launch date. Finally, all that is left to do is to follow the countdown to the launch time.Star Bottle will convert the message into Binary Code, the universal mathematical language adopted by NASA and SETI since 1984 for interstellar communications.

Join us to celebrate a breakthrough in communication with Deep Space on an extraordinary night, leaving an indelible mark on the Universe.
