Grana Padano, the most loved and sold PDO cheese on our planet, is about to embark on an extraordinary journey to the stars. Thanks to the innovative Star Bottle project, the secret recipe of this famous Italian cheese will be sent into space on the occasion of the highly anticipated Stars Night, scheduled for 10 August.
For the first time in history, a world-class company is flying into Deep Space and communicating with the Universe, bringing with it a message of hope and tradition. The Consortium for the Protection of Grana Padano PDO Cheese, a symbol of culinary excellence and craftsmanship, will thus represent Italy and its gastronomic culture in a unique event.
The initiative was announced through the traditional media, with a confidential page published in Il Sole 24 Ore. The broadcast of the Grana Padano recipe will take place on 10 August during the Stars Night event, when the secret of the world's best-selling PDO cheese will be transmitted in binary code to the Milky Way.
Star Bottle, with this extraordinary initiative in collaboration with the Consortium for the Protection of Grana Padano PDO Cheese, not only celebrates the art of Italian cheese-making, but also underlines the importance of sharing and connecting peoples and cultures, even beyond the borders of our planet.
