All technical companies involved operate on the EU & World market and are certified by recognized control bodies. Upon ordering you will receive your personal “LAUNCH BOOKING CERTIFICATE” for the selected date. At the time of launch, you will receive the digital “CERTIFICATE OF MESSAGE SENDING” of the actual sending of your message, along with further details of the successful launch.

At the time of the launch, you will receive a digital “SENDING CERTIFICATE OF MESSAGE” of the actual sending of your message, together with further details of the launch performed.
If you have not received your certificate, check your inbox, spam or junk mail. If you can't find our email, you can access your reserved area on the site and download it directly from there.
If you cannot upload your file, please check if the format and size are as indicated in the product data sheet. Below are the indications for uploading and file sizes:
- Video file formats accepted: avi, mkv, mp4, m4v, mov, qt
Maximum video file size: 20MB
- Accepted audio file formats: mp3, m4a, m4b, wav, flac
Maximum audio file size: 4MB
- Photo/Image file formats accepted: jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, png
Maximum photo/image file size: 2MB
- Accepted text file formats: .pdf, .txt, .doc, .odt
Maximum file size Text: 0.1 MB/500 characters
