RADIO NEWSPAPER OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF OROBICA RAID AT DAKAR 2025
Free radio to inform on the slopes of the world's most iconic challenge
Milan, 2 December 2024 - Giornale Radio, the free radio to inform, will be the official sponsor of the Orobica Raid team at the next edition of the Dakar, which will start on 3 January 2025 from Bisha, Saudi Arabia. An extraordinary adventure that combines Giornale Radio's spirit of information and passion for challenges with the experience and determination of one of the most historic Italian off-road teams.
Orobica Raid will tackle the rally with a 1,100-horsepower Iveco Powerstar truck, supplied by the’Italtrans Racing Team, a highly prestigious team and winner of the 2024 edition of the Dakar. At the helm will be Giulio Verzelletti, a veteran driver with 19 Dakar participations, flanked by Antonio Cabini (navigator and co-driver) and his son Carlo Cabini.
